ICAST NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE

One of the hallmark events of ICAST 2025 is the New Product Showcase, which highlights the latest cutting-edge gear, apparel, and accessories designed to enhance fishing experiences. Set to occur on July 15 from 5 to 8 p.m., this exclusive preview reception allows retailers and media to get an early glance at innovative products. It’s where the ingenuity of the sportfishing industry truly shines, culminating in the much-anticipated “Best of Show” awards. Voting for the 41 “Best of Category” awards begins during the event and concludes on July 16 at 1 p.m., with winners announced at an evening reception.

Following the New Product Showcase, the On the Water Demo Day offers a dynamic opportunity for attendees to experience firsthand the functionality and performance of the latest gear. Set against the backdrop of Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, this event spans five acres of water and green space, becoming a hub of activity.

Networking and education are at the core of ICAST 2025, offering a robust lineup of seminars tailored to address the complexities of the modern fishing industry. Participants can delve into discussions on market trends, economic challenges, and marketing technologies through expanded educational series. This initiative serves to empower dealers and stakeholders with the knowledge necessary to thrive amid changing economic landscapes.

ICAST also stands out for its creative networking events, such as the Lunkers & Bunkers charity golf scramble. This unique blend of golf and fishing offers a relaxed environment for attendees to forge connections while enjoying the Florida outdoors. These events highlight the versatility and breadth of opportunities available at ICAST for fostering enduring industry relationships.

This year’s attendance figures and exhibitor interest underscore the show’s growing influence. With an increase in buyer registration and exhibitor space nearing full capacity, the expectations are set high. Last year, the event drew nearly 14,000 participants, with representation from 75 countries, highlighting its global reach. On the show floor, retailers benefit from exclusive specials, from favorable shipping deals to deep discounts, enhancing the economic prospects for participating businesses.

Scheduled for July 16-18, 2025, at the Orange County Convention Center, ICAST 2025 promises to be a transformative experience, paving the way for advances in sportfishing technology and fostering vital industry connections. As anticipation builds, the event is set to create ripples of innovation and collaboration that will resonate across the sportfishing community for years to come.
