We welcome pitches and manuscripts from new and established writers. We focus on first-person narratives, creative nonfiction, reported profiles and poetry. We print a limited amount of fiction. Please familiarize yourself with the magazine before pitching. When pitching us, please tell us a little about yourself and what makes your story unique. Include clips of published work and specify which issue your story is best for (winter, spring, summer or fall).

We also welcome photography and art from new and established artists. Please send a folder of low-resolution images that you think would fit our magazine. If we decide to use an image, we will ask for high resolution at that time.
